Meet Our Management Team

Anthony Zagami, President/CEO

Mr. Zagami has over 35 years experience founding and managing companies that develop sophisticated electronic security systems and software solutions. He has a unique and extensive engineering and business management background in both domestic and international security. Mr. Zagami pioneered specialized maritime security systems and Identity Management for the general public.

Greg Ruhl, Vice President, General Manager

Mr. Ruhl has more than 25 years of leadership experience within the engineering, manufacturing and customer service industries. His vision and expertise in business performance has driven notable growth within these industries. Offering a rare blend of creative and operational strengths, Mr. Ruhl has achieved exciting company and departmental turnarounds and is recognized for his success in growing sales and profit.

Wayne Bartnick, Director of Development

Mr. Bartnick brings nearly 20 years experience in software development and systems integration. As a founding member of the SISCO team, he has provided technological guidance and direction for the research & development lifecycle of all product lines. He brings extensive knowledge of numerous technologies, from WiFi to RFID to barcoding, Web to Desktop to Mobile, and Visitor Management to Identity Management to Access Control.

Buddy Ferrari, Director of QA, Project Management and Contracts

Mr. Ferrari has over 15 years experience in management, training, research, technical support, software development and integration. His exceptional combination of experience in software, access control and business management make him an invaluable asset to the SISCO management team. Mr. Ferrari is an accomplished writer whose expertise is sought out by trade associations and publications for advice, articles and lectures.

Jody Hill, Director of Operations

Mr. Hill brings over 15 years experience in the computer industry, including more than ten years in network administration. His experience includes computer drafting and network administration for Knezevich and Associates, Inc., an engineering firm in Miami, Florida. After more than 4 years of service with K&A, Inc., his compass pointed him northward where he went to work as the Systems Administrator for Sunrise Regional Medical Center, a private medical facility in Sunrise, FL. More than 3 years after that, he chose to pursue new avenues of the technology field and consequently, was led to the SISCO team.

Ron Walkover, Support Services and Project Director

A native Floridian and University of Florida graduate, Ron brings over 20 years of management experience in sales, customer service and manufacturing. Ron’s experience with Security Identification Systems for the past three years covers sales, project management and support. This unique perspective provides the ability to understand and communicate both the desires of the client and the operation of the software. During his tenure at SISCO, he has been directly involved in the sales, planning, deployment and management of a number of high profile customer projects.

David Seltzer, Director of Marketing

Mr. Seltzer has over 20 years of marketing, advertising, publicity and promotional experience with an outstanding track record of successful product launches and promotions. Through his leadership and creative vision, Mr. Seltzer has been viewed by his peers as an inspirational and creative leader. Guided by his creative direction, his teams have garnered various design and marketing achievement awards while providing a wide variety of clients with memorable campaigns that have resulted in increased sales and measured growth.
